Our Chemical Romance

I once learnt in Biology that
every cell of the body is replaced every 3 months.
Meaning we're constantly reborn, new-
and you and I have never touched...

Strange to think how often we were together,

that now not a cell of our fingers has been entwined.

I once learnt in Physics that
We are made of stardust.
Strip away the romance- that's extinct matter.
And not just ourselves, but the days we spent together.

The soul's creation out of stardust merely predicts the end-

dreams to be lost and wast d; extinction of you and me.
